Cancellation by the trip operator:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the trip, we will provide you with a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.

Terms and Conditions for Non-Refundable Tour Booked to Short Term Missions Trip – Eleazar & Eunice:

1.Tour Booking:

By booking a trip to Short Term Missions Trip Org – Eleazar & Eunice, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All Bookings are subject to availability, and Hola Spanish Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason whatsoever.

2.Payment and Cancellation Policy:

All trips to Manta booked with Short Term Missions Trips Org require full payment at the time of booking.

The trip is non-refundable once payment has been made. No refunds will be given for any cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the trip.

Any changes to the trip itinerary must be agreed upon by Short Term Missions Trip Org in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

3.Passport and Visa:

It is the responsibility of the trip participant to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas for travel to Manta. 

Mid World Partners International Org will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the failure to obtain the necessary documentation.

4.Health and Safety: 

It is the responsibility of the trip participant to ensure they are physically able to participate in the trip activities. Mid World Partners International Org reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who, in the opinion of the trip leader, may be a risk to themselves or others. Participants must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs during the trip.

5.Liability: 

Mid World Partners International Org will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to theft, illness, injury, or death, arising from or in connection with the trip. Participants are advised to obtain their travel insurance covering such risks.

6.Changes to Tour: 

Mid World Partners International Org reserves the right to make changes to the trip itinerary, accommodations, and transportation as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of the trip participants. Any changes will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible.

7.Photography and Publicity: 

Mid World Partners International Org may take photographs or video recordings during the trip for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials must notify the trip leader in writing before the start of the trip.

8.Comprehensive Travel Insurance: 

Mid World Partners International Org strongly recommends that all trip participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including but not limited to coverage for medical expenses, personal injury, trip cancellation, lost or stolen baggage,and emergency evacuation. 

Mid World Partners International Org will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the failure to obtain adequate travel insurance. Participants must provide proof of travel insurance before the start of the trip.
